Lovely Yixing teapot delivered with great customer service

I ordered this little teapot because I feel in love with the craftsmanship. After I ordered, Zycs almost immediately contacted me to let me know when they would ship it out and sent me messages every step of the way, even showing pictures of the packing process.

The teapot arrived safely and fairly quickly considering its journey. It was packed with care yet easy to unbox. It’s exactly as described and made beautifully. I can’t wait to use it. They even added a wee tea towel as an extra.

I will definitely order from them again.
