羊脂白段」的原礦產於宜興趙莊山系(象牙山)，屬朱泥礦的夾支，因其礦中的含鐵量為所有宜興礦物中最低者之其一，約僅5%左右，故於燒成後即呈乳白色，經久沖養似羊脂，故更酷似羊脂，故直呼之「羊脂白段！

The original ore of "Lamb Fat White Section" is produced in the Zhaozhuang Mountain System (Xiangya Mountain) in Yixing, and is a branch of Zhuni Mine. Because the iron content in the ore is one of the lowest among all Yixing minerals, only about 5%, it is milky white after firing, and it is more like mutton fat after long-term curing, so it is called "Lamb Fat White Section!"
