zycschina【紫源茶舍】 offers a 7‑day appreciation period starting from the date your order arrives. If you receive any product with quality issues, you may apply for return or exchange in accordance with this policy.
To better protect your rights and interests, please inspect the product condition and quality immediately upon receipt. If you discover any quality defects, please contact our customer service promptly to process return or exchange.
1. Conditions for Return & Exchange
- Returns and exchanges are supported only for products purchased at regular price.
- The product must remain unused and intact, including all original packaging, cartons, accessories, and labels.
- Products with missing parts, damaged packaging, or obvious signs of use cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. How to Process Return & Exchange
- You may submit a return or exchange request within 7 days after delivery.
- Please retain your purchase receipt and return the complete product to our store.

Return shipping fees will be borne by the store.

Non‑quality reasons (e.g., unsuitable for personal use, change of mind) or logistics issues (e.g., incorrect address provided by buyer):
The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees and any other related costs.
- Once an exchange is completed, the order will no longer be covered by the 7‑day appreciation period. Please check the product carefully before requesting an exchange.
3. How Refunds Are Processed
- For valid returns due to quality problems, the product must be unused, complete, and in original condition when returned.
- After we receive and verify the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5 working days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please do not change your payment account during the refund period.
4. Situations Where Returns & Exchanges Are Not Accepted
Returns and exchanges will not be approved in the following cases:
- The request is made more than 7 days after the arrival date.
- The product was purchased at a discounted price.
- The product shows signs of use or has been used for nearly half or more of its usable period.
- The product is seriously damaged due to improper use or storage.
