zycschina【紫源茶舍】 provides a seven-day appreciation period, calculated from the date of arrival. If there are any quality problems with the product, customers can handle returns and exchanges.

When customers receive the goods, please check the quality of the goods immediately. If there is any quality defect, you are welcome to contact us immediately to handle returns and exchanges to protect your rights. Please also note the following points:

Returned products must be purchased at regular price. Please keep the product intact. Products with missing accessories or damaged packaging cannot be returned.

For returns or exchanges due to non-quality issues or shipping issues such as incorrect addresses, the buyer will need to pay the return shipping fee and various derivative costs.


How to handle returns and exchanges?

Within seven days from the arrival of the product, customers have the right to a seven-day appreciation period, but the returned product must be in brand new condition and intactly packaged (the product, carton, accessories, and packaging must still be retained after unpacking).

If you wish to return an item, please keep the receipt and send the item you wish to return back to our store. The store will bear the shipping costs for returns of product defects, quality issues and incorrect products.

Customers whose products are not suitable for use or who need to return them for personal reasons must pay the return shipping costs themselves. After the exchange, the order will no longer be protected by the seven-day appreciation period. Please inspect it carefully before exchanging it or go to the store to exchange it.

How do I receive a refund?

If there are any quality problems, the goods must be in brand new condition and kept intact (the goods, cartons, accessories, and packaging should still be kept after unpacking) and sent back to our store. The store will confirm that they are correct after receipt, and the refund will be made within 5 working days. The refund will be completed using the customer's original method of payment. Please do not change your refund method.


Under what circumstances cannot returns be made?


Within seven days from the arrival of the product, customers have the right to enjoy the seven-day appreciation period, but the following conditions are not included.
1. If it has been more than seven days from the date of arrival / discounted product / main product has signs of use or has been used for more than or nearly half of the time, our store does not allow returns or exchanges.
2. Seriously damaged goods.
