Maintain Teapot Tips

【開壺】:由於製作過程中的原因,新壺內可能殘留有加工產生的灰塵或者石英粉末等污染物,需要清除乾淨後才可供飲用。首先把茶壺放在水裏清洗乾淨,用開水多次沖淋。然後用較多的茶葉放在壺中並加入開水,靜置一段時間。最後把紫砂壺洗淨擦幹便可。

 【使用前先溫壺】:先注入40-50度的水,拿起壺,晃一下,使壺體均勻的受熱,這樣壺暖了,把水倒了,再注入沸水,再晃動一下,再倒掉。這一過程,是讓壺體均勻的受熱和可以順便清洗和消毒壺體。

 【選茶定壺】:每種茶對應的壺不同,選對壺才能泡好茶。一茶侍一壺。一壺侍一茶具有三大優點,一是不易串味,能增加茶香,並保持茶湯的醇厚度;二是長期泡一種茶,茶壺會更加細膩;三是能增加生活的儀式感。
