I am a returning customer.
I was impressed by the ease of transaction, and the seller was prompt in answering all my queries, I bought a second teapot.
The packing was very well done and there was absolutely no risk in the teapot being damaged in anyway.
The teapot itself was exquisite and very well made; and the clay was everything I expected it to be. Can't wait to prep it and start using it.
