Raw Pu'er Tea Brewing Tips:
① Brew at high temperature (100℃ boiling water. Raw Pu'er has active substances. Boiling water can fully stimulate floral and honey aroma as well as mountain charm, presenting a clear and full-bodied tea soup.)
② Fixed-point water pouring (Pour slowly along the wall at a 45° angle, keep the pouring point steady. Do not impact the tea leaves directly, to avoid early precipitation of astringent substances and keep the tea soup fresh and sweet.)
③ Control the pouring time (It is recommended to pour out quickly for the first few infusions, then extend the time properly. Slow pouring will easily bring out astringency and affect the fresh and sweet aftertaste.)
Raw Pu'er Tea Dosage:
100ml Gaiwan 3g / Fresh & Mild 5g / Rich Aroma & Soft Taste 7g / Rich Mountain Flavor
200ml Teapot 5g / Fresh Sweet & Mellow 7g / Full & Powerful 10g / Strong Sweet Aftertaste
Raw Pu'er Tea Brewing Eight Steps:
① Boil water (Prepare sufficient 100℃ boiling water; soft water or mineral water is recommended)
② Warm tea ware (Scald all tea utensils with high temperature water)
③ Add tea leaves (Put in tea according to personal preference)
④ Awaken tea (Quickly rinse to activate the tea flavour)
⑤ Smell the aroma (Savour the floral and honey aroma at the bottom of the cup)
⑥ Pour water (Pour slowly along the wall at a fixed point)
⑦ Pour out tea (Pour out quickly for the first several infusions, adjust later)
